Allergy Technologies Affordable Housing Control and Prevention

ATAHC manages logistics, communications, reporting, invoicing, and scheduling at building management and housing authority levels. ATAHC also provides quality assurance and quality control for the entire process.

ATAHC targets pests, keeps residents, staff, and management informed, and facilitates communication. For building management, ATAHC handles scheduling and education for residents and staff. ATAHC also facilitates tent compliance and unit entry.

PMPs don’t have to worry about scheduling with the residents, as communication strategies provide real-time resident unit access to complete scheduled services. The Program encompasses strategies that optimize the deployment of labor.

The ATAHC approach differs because it emphasizes treating the entire building, implements prevention strategies to reduce infestation rates to near zero, and provides monitoring strategies. ATAHC is a holistic approach that relies upon early detection, conducts periodic inspections, and develops a rapport with residents, minimizing forced entry.

Every ATAHC program is tailored to the specific needs of the housing authority. The range of target pests, degree of infestation, number of units, structural configuration, availability of social services, and access to common utilities all impact the overall price of ATAHC.

Success is gauged by long-term pest reduction. Residents will begin to see results within the first few months. Sustainable results are due to the incorporation of our pest prevention strategies.

A core goal of ATAHC is to achieve and sustain near-zero infestation rates. After initial treatments, you can expect a variety of visits to ensure pest prevention is maintained and pest reintroductions are avoided. Despite these visits, a core goal of ATAHC is to keep the disruption of residents to a minimum.

If you have a preferred vendor, we will work with you to determine if they meet ATAHC requirements.

We support and participate in community activities such as local book bag school drives and police-community events. We also connect residents to local external services and community organizations if they have a non-pest control-related request. Our ATAHC staff interacts with residents and even recruits community leaders to spread the word about ATAHC’s goals and the steps needed to achieve those goals. We also hire residents in the community to help with program operations and logistics.

We use technology that streamlines treatments for the target pest. We evaluate all units on the property, emphasizing the target pest and providing the personnel resources necessary to service even the largest housing authorities comfortably. ATAHC is designed to be plug-and-play since we evaluate all our service providers to ensure enough resources to service all units properly.

Our commitment to empathy, dignity, and self-respect leads to unparalleled success.

ATAHC manages pests through a unique combination of cutting-edge technologies, constant monitoring, and communication. Our facility-wide approach dramatically reduces the likelihood of pests reemerging and reinfesting units.

Simply treating reported problems does not lead to sustained success when attempting to maintain low levels of pests in an affordable housing environment. Before the ATAHC approach was pioneered, units were serviced individually without constant monitoring strategies to account for re-emergences. You will always be behind if you are merely reacting to complaints. Inspecting an entire facility dramatically reduces the likelihood of a latent pest population hiding in secrecy.

Based on our data analysis, we create quality reports to provide status updates and recommendations. We provide frequent communication at the operational level, periodic communication with building management, and detailed reports for the executive leadership.
